One founder, one vote
Regular quorum requires at least three Active Founders and the Founder or Co-Founder, except in conflict or incapacity cases.
Conflicts are disclosed
Interested parties disclose conflicts before deliberation and do not influence or vote on the related decision.
Segregation of duties
No person approves payment to themselves, audits their own work, or solely controls both assets and records.
